I weighed myself this morning, even though I usually do that on Mondays. I wanted to see how much damage I did this week. The answer was not good (worse than I expected). OK, back to self control.....
A good attitude, Batya!. I probably want to lose another 10 kilos, but I'll finalize that decision after the next five. At least I know from experience that the sudden weight gains from a binge/holiday, come off fast, IF you stop quickly and get back on track. Also since Monday's weight was lower than I expected, it could be that it was a false low, so the real gain was less. I am certainly not deciding that I have to loss "X" amount in "Y" amount of time. As you said, it is an adventure. Actually, the biggest reason I weighed mysaerlf on Friday was to face "the music" , and to push myself back on track....,

That happens. You may also be reaching the weight you'll be. I considered my eating change and adventure and had no idea what I'd end up.
