I wanted to find an old post on a certain topic, and while doing this, I was rereading several posts from about three years ago. And several of the incidents I had written about had slipped my memory.
"Oh my gosh, I'd forgotten that!"
Guess I'm going to have to reread my own blog!

I've been thinking about you!! Glad to see you back. Missed you!
You may have started your blog because of your dd and coping with her varied DS needs and other conditions she had while sharing her accomplishments during these struggles. You also wrote of your weight loss and change in eating and walking 10,000 steps a day.
Your dd is gone, but not the struggles and journey you wrote of; and although you have lost all your weight and maintain the weight-loss - so many others of us are still struggling with the many issues you often wrote.
Maybe,as each holiday approaches, and the memories of dd comes up (she will never disappear), you can post your memories from in your heart of dd so that her life will never be forgotten!
You paved the way for many in your city to not just agree to special ed as their only choice but that living life with a child who has DS does not mean only difficulty but also many other emotions and good memories as a member of ones's family.
Your posts enlighten and inspire do many worldwide.
Thank you all. This summer has been hectic; I was abroad for much of it. Although I haven't posted much (al ....) lately, I am hoping to continue the blog....
Within a few days I will(bli neder) call Chaya T.(of Jerusalem, of SFM's) and give her my new email.
