However, the techina (and here I was assuming that you are talking about raw techina paste, not the watery prepared techina), while quite healthy, is also very high calorie. Your shake comes out to at LEAST 500 calories (without the protein powder)!!<br /> You you HAVE the calories for it, fine. Health is in quotation marks as to its question on nutrition stats. However I see no reason for 2 0% fat yogurt (often frozen), a banana, 4-6 pitted dates and 1-2 Tablespoons of raw tehina blended together as a shake once in a while.
